Request Needing cartoon sprite for series.

I am making a series in which I rant about things but in the background I was planning on using still images as I am not too tech savvy atm, which is why I am here. I was wondering if someone could create a cartoon Y with eyes wearing a kilt. It would be appreciated and full credit would be given :)
