Need Suggestions about Video editing Programs

Awww :( I'm Having a Hard Time Looking For a PC to borrow to Edit my videos :(

Anyone of you Guys Know What Video Editing Program is suitable for The Following Specifications below?:
*32-bit
*Intel Atom 1.60ghz
*1mb L2 Cache
*2Gb Memory DDR3
*Resolution= 1024x600
*Windows 8.1
Please Help Guys, I have no Idea what Program is Suitable for my Netbook

If you want to start a gaming channel maybe Sony Vegas Pro 12 is something? Most gaming channels that I know use it. I think you need a new pc too..
 
if you play LoL austin evans made a $300 dollar build that can run that at 1080p and games like BIoshock infinte at 1080p
 
I would second the windows movie maker. For stability reasons alone you wouldn't want to put Vegas or any or any other heavy movie editing program that is converting 1080p on a netbook running an atom processor, which in reality is no more powerful than my quad core LG G2 cell phone.

That's no slight to your netbook as my second favorite owned pc of all time was a custom made HP from NASA but you have to work within your means or risk crashes and lost information.

What is the specifications of your PC? May i know?
 
Yea I think you need to upgrade that computer then. I'm pretty sure Windows Movie Maker isn't intensive as the other editing software, perhaps it is the lowest requirements of the editing software that I know of. You might have a chance with more researching online and somehow just find an obscure editing program but I doubt it. They say invest in what you what you want to do, time and money.
