If it's a template all you do is simply open it up change your text and click render. Do you have After Effects on your computer?

i know that but i do not have after effects but could i do it with anything else?

Well that intro is pretty basic. You may be able to pull it off in some basic editing software using shape layers. But you won't be able to open the template in anything other than After Effects.
Why don't you get yourself a copy and then you can make all the intros and outros you want?
