need mp4 library software

I just bought a new computer, and am now running windows 8. Decent OS, but it's missing Windows Live Media Library. This was a great piece of software that made organizing my videos a breeze. Stacked by date with tags and a preview window. Loved it. But it's not in Windows 8! And I can't find anything that even resembles it.

Can anyone a) recommend some software or 2) help me find something win Win8 that I can try?
