Need Help Please!!

When I play a video and skip too fast it stops with the circle of loading and doesn't play again. I have to reload the page and try not to skip. Also if the video is above 1 hour of length the video stops like before at 5 minutes of video. Sometimes the video show an image from 5:25 when I'm in 5:10 or simply it freezes without me doing anything. What do I do?
 
You could lower the quality of the video, I know it tends to lag more when it´s the highest setting, for example 720p. you could lower it and see if it works!

Just like I stated before I use Chrome, which is updated to the latest version, but doesn't work. However it works fine on Mozilla Firefox.
