Need Help please..i dont know if i am scammed here!!!!

So i recently got into youtube and wanted to make my channel perfect by using GFx but i dont have the time and skill to learn those stuff...

So i saw this youtuber named FXCHANNELHOUSE....so i contact him and i ask him to do me an Intro and Banner...and i payed him like 22$ which is 70$ in my country and he said that we whould gave me the result in a couple of days but after Weeks!!!!...i never got a respond from him

He post videos everyday and comments at them...i contact him at Skype but no replies and even in the YTTalk forum to he still doesnt replies to me!!!!.....

please help me,what should i do!!!....i payed him a good amount of money to him cause he seems trust worthy and i am not a guy who is hot temperred and mad but i just want some answers from him

Please anybody help me...
 
If you paid him and he shut down all contacts without giving you the finished product then yes, sadly you were scammed.

What should i do man!!!....he seems trustworthy he even is a member in the forums...argghhh what should i do?
 
You shouldn't pay up front. He shows you a watermarked version of what he came up with and then you pay and wait for him to send you the finished un-watermarked version. A lesson to learn for the future.

Im sorry but he said that he wpuld only start a project if you payed him first....huh,what am i supposed to do now man?....should spread the word that he is using scams in the internet?
 
The graphics forum is a joke tbh. It's full of pseudo "graphic designers" when in fact 95% of them are nothing of the sort.
