Request Need Channel Banner - Willing to Pay $$

I need a new channel banner and one that will also fit my twitter but mainly my channel. I'm willing to pay we can work that out outside of here. The point is I need something including this image that looks really professional and nice that says "Johnny Fox Show" with a gamergate controller somewhere on it. I run a gamergate related channel with a lot of special guests so I need it to just look really awesome!
