Request Need an Intro and outro

I'm in need of an intro, it needs to be professional I have a few ideas one is based around Roman Atwoods.

The Intro needs to have
- royalty free music
- Incorporate my logo
- Incorporate my Foundation (the logo will be released once I find the right editor)

The Outro Nedds:
- Royalty Free Music
- Incorporate my logo
- Have previous Video Selection area
- Subscribe area
- Social Media logos to click across the bottom
