Firstly try to improve your titles go for something like GTA IV: Funny Moments - Episode 2, rather than GTA IV Funny Moments EP:2. Also be sure to capitalise the first letter of each word in the title (I see that you didn't do that for all your titles).

Also make sure that the text on your thumbnails is readable too, while some of them are good, some like the GTA IV ones are pretty hard to read.

As for the playlists, make the first letter capital for starters and try to have a bit more in each one. When they are all sorted out put some of them on your front page. Literally no one will be bothered to move off the homepage when initially viewing your channel so you need to make sure that everything is there and that they are hooked as soon as they visit your homepage.

You also need to do something about your banner, it needs to be a little bit more appealing to audiences and not just be a big subscribe sign. If you don't know how to design one yourself, I recommend that you ask the kind folks on this forum to help you :D.
