Need advice (fullscreen and rightster)

They sent me a list of all the contacts they have when I signed the first contract, since it's a seperate contract with righster and with viral spiral, and they are affiliated with alot of blogs and ad agencies and tv networks and all kinds of things, so they use their clout to promote pretty much. Yeah I gotta do this lol
 
Welp, it's done now, I just sent fullscreen the message, sooooooo scary..... it's gonna be ok, rightster will partner me right back, it will all work out... just gotta keep saying it over and over.
 
...Are you sure this was a great idea? I mean maybe you should have thought on it for a bit longer. What if their promotion techniques don't end up being all of what you thought it would be, you're in the same position your are now and you're giving them 50% percent of your earnings for the next 2 years...and re-signing with Fullscreen may most likely be out of the question. I know this seems a bit redundant now that you've made your decision already, but it just crossed my mind.

I've been researching viral spiral for almost a week now, so I know they seem extremely legit, the rightster thing caught me off guard however, and you can't find much info on rightster that isn't related to viral spiral. Honestly, I'm fearing the same thing Stef, it is definitely a little scary, but I mean, ultimately, it's the exposure that matters, and I didn't really see alot of added exposure from fullscreen, even when I asked for help (not saying they weren't kind and responsive, just didn't tell me much) so it will suck if I'm paying for promotion that isn't working, but I won't lose my thumbnails or banner or ability to monetize music, I just wont be making as much, I really hope it works out man, I'm quite nervous
 
Yeah, I'm sure they are legit but I'm just hoping it turns out the way you planned. I guess life is about taking chances and the consequences aren't that bad so hopefully it works out.
 
I'm with you on this decision man, I think the advantages of the exposure will greatly outweigh the disadvantages of having to give up 50% of your earnings for 2 years. If you're in this for the long run then it's definately the correct choice in my eyes; I know someone like you would do their homework before making a big choice like this one. :happy:
