Request Need a Thumbnail Designer for My Videos

Hey everybody, hope all is well. I need some custom thumbnails made for my videos that come out. I do a gaming channel and the thumbnails don't have to be complex. Just look at the channel to see what kind I'm requesting. I suck at Photoshop and all other image software so I need someone to make the thumbnails for me. I will be willing to play Ytcash or normal cash (prices negotiable, we can deal with that outside of the forum).

Basically the way it would work is add me on Skype, I'll give you a list every so often, you send the images back. Once the graphics are done and up to spec you get paid via YTcash, Google wallet, Steam game items, whatever we can decide that when it comes up. Either way, anybody interested?

It's not like a salary deal ya know. It's I give you a list, we have a preset price at the beginning. If you say X amount per 10 thumbnails then you get X amount once we have 10 thumbnails agreed upon.
