Need a Profile Pic Editing help

If there's anybody who'd be kind and help me out here that'd be awesome. I'm s**t at picture editing.
So here's the logo a friend of mine made me long time ago.

I'd like it to be a bigger size so it would look better as a youtube profile pic. Oh and getting rid of that trademark sign would be great as well.
Also I'd like to add the logo as a watermark on my videos, if you can make a watermark of this that would be awesome.

I can't offer any payment, but I'd be really thankful.
