Heya, I can help you out if you want. Here's a showcase of the banners I've made so far, copyright logo for obvious purposes:

My prices are between 10 and 20 euros/dollars/pounds (whatever you prefer), depending on the difficulty of the process. If you have a clear idea which I can do in an hour or two, it'll be around 10, if we need to brainstorm and make multiple banners to get to the end product it will be 15 to 20. If it requires me to draw actually something (such as on the last banner), the cost will depend on the time it takes.
