Need a better banner

Hey guys and girls. I was wondering if anyone would like to make a banner for me ? haha
I am really needing one that catches the eye and brings people in and I don't have any software to enables me to do that. Also if interested maybe some thumbnails ? As I think mine are ok but not sure if they are eye catching enough.
