N64 gameplay recording

Hello

I want to record my N64 gameplay with my original N64, so no emulator.
I saw the 'hauppauge' but that one is 150 euro, which is too much for me at the moment.

Can anyone help me how to do it for less?

Well the HD PVR records games via HDMI output. So unless you had something to somehow get your regular output to hook up to HDMI then that wouldn't work anyway. I would look into a Dazzle capture card! they work perfectly for n64, some Wii, and pretty much all older consoles! I have one & I can record n64 easily! Look into it :) they're only like $50 or cheaper. You just plug it in with a few extra splitters you buy at Best Buy/walmart. Try Amazon first btw :)
 
Ya as stated above any HD capture card will not work. Get a Roxio game capture or a Dazzle. You can buy them at most major electronics stores now.

I was asking at the store a few days ago, and they had the Roxio but werent sure if it would work on "older" consoles.
So this really helps me out, I'll go get it tomorrow and then start no life gaming hahahah!
