So far, I have this as a upload timing..
Tuesdays and Thursdays a gaming video, on the weekends, I post a random video.

Advice if you are the same as me, which in short terms means you post a veriety of content on one channel.

Is it confusing?
To me sometimes it can get confusing but it's not good splitting up the fan-base in my opinion, expecialy if you are just starting out.

Is it a good way to gain subscribers?
Not the best way, but you will get there, just keep doing what makes you happy.

My final thoughts: Although a all-around channel can be confusing, I think it fund, 2 days gaming video, 2 days random video, really spices it up instead of always sticking to one single thing each time.

What are your guys' opinion? Should the content be seperated, or stuck in one channel, and how do you feel about channels that have everything on one channel?

Make videos that you want to watch. There isn't any specific rule about what gains subscribers and views and what doesn't, and the odds are pretty astronomically against anyone breaking out into a big star, so you might as well do what makes you happy and that you can keep at for a long time.

I think you should do what makes you happy. While most really successful channels stick to one specific niche, if you do not want to do that, you shouldn't have to. While this might make gaining subscribers a little harder, I think overall you should just do what makes you happy. My channel personally has only one specific niche, but I think depending on the way you do things, there are many roads to success. I wish you the best of luck to you and your channel. Keep doing what you love :D

I think your schedule can be confusing, but what you could do is put your schedule in the 'About' tab and let people know where they can find your schedule, whether it be through your outro, YouTube banner, or description.

I actually have changing my schedule and what my channel is about, i'm sticking to gaming in the long run, thanks for the advice, I am going to do what makes me happy :) !

I agree that you should do what makes you happy. Even though it seems you've changed your mind.

There's nothing to say that you can't add new series and types of content later on, or even branch out and create a new channel later down the road.

Just make sure to write down all your video ideas and file them away for a rainy day. :)

I'd say gaming and vlogs for instance go very well together since they are both about your personality. People watch your gaming videos for you and not for the game (unless you are really good and give tutorials and such). I have seen a lot of gamers post the occasional vlog or other random video on their channel and that works well because you grew to like the person through the gaming commentary.
