My partnership is... USELESS!

Basically they just want to have all the small channels on their name so when they succeed they get profit.

I got invited to quiz. Thats a very big partner so i was pretty enthusiastic about that.

But i am already signed in to Zoomin.tv for a 12 months (4 months in)So i tried to unlink for 2 times now and they just declined...
Why? Because my 50 views per video are so damn profitable??
Than again... They are completely useless. They do not help me in any way possible. What is the point of a partnership anyway?

Does anyone have any advice??
Or any lawyers on the forum ;) haha

haha I kind of agree. I made sure my partnership company was one that had a no lock in contract, cus I knew I wasn't going to stay with them all that long till I could get the company I really want. :)

That's what I did as well. I just wish people would do their research on networks before they decide to get into a 1-2 year legally binding contract that they can't get out of. There's so many different articles online about networks...

Small channels are better off just using Adsense to be honest. Thankfully I didn't sign a contract when I had just started and was eager to have an MCN for some reason, I actually did go with Freedom but luckily the let me unlink because they do no lock in contracts (Thankfully is an understatement). So yeah I believe Adsense is the way to go & if I ever get "bigger" and make a substantial amount of money from my videos every month I'm pretty sure MCN's would be offering me contracts with better percentages yada yada yada, I'm much happier with Adsense than I was with Freedom let me tell you that much :hilarious2:
 
there is a loophole, just delete your youtube channel and G+ youtube channel. there is no legal rights that say you have to keep that channel up and running and there is no legal right that require you to keep uploading videos/reuse the videos on another channel.
 
Have you signed any contract with them
if yes you are just trapped and in this case Youtube also dont do anything

because right now i am facing the same problem not like yours but i have not signed but they (REC Studios) are simply saying that when you joined our network that itself is a 1 year contract

i am daily giving mails to them with proofs but they are just like to eat our family food

now i have just leaves this in gods hands

and i am asking Yttalk members any help

if I got any success story i will definitely let you know
