My internet or Youtube?

Sometimes when i try uploading the videos doesn't process.
is this my internet problem or its youtubes fault. or maybe both ?

When you're uploading videos it goes through 2 stages, the uploading part, which would partly depend on your internet, AND YouTube, and the processing part which is just dependent on YouTube. If you're having problems with the second part taking too long, there isn't much you can do about it since it's solely a YouTube issue. Are your videos fairly long? Cutting down on the length can sometimes help

I had processing issue before, so I tried to upload video again, the upload started from 100%, it took some time and the processing was started amazingly and the video was published! I think its their uploader issue, try to upload the video once again
