My Google+ strategy

4. Follow everyone that gave your post a +1

Since these people already liked one of your videos chances are they will like more and follow you back. Some of them will even start watching your videos on Google+ and give them a +1 every time.

I did the same last year. Check your Youtube analytics how many views you get from google+ because maybe it's not worth it. One of my video gets over 1000 likes but only 50 views....People just give likes there to get notice:). I think I'm on this same communities as you:)

I don't get many views either way, so everything it adds is great for me :) Don't really have a place where I gain tons of views from sharing.

How many times do you post to each community, per video??

The only problem with google plus communities is the fact that it posts that you shared it in your youtube comments. Now imagine if you posted to 100 communities? You essentially looding your comments section with posts that don't count

One odd thing though is that your own comment when sharing the video on G+ ('Made a new video of xxx....') is counted on Youtube (in the stats) as a comment on that video each time you share it.

I haven't read all of the replies but I believe this stopped as of last week
