My goal is to have at least 10,ooo subscribers by 2016 it may not happen but who knows? XD is my goal way to big even if I have 18 now?

There's no such thing as a goal set too high. That's what you will strive for. If you fall short at 8k, then so be it. That's still better than hitting a goal of 3k. Best of luck^^
