They're good, but try updating them with more convincing images ( doens't always have to have urpic)
for example i did a video about watching p**n wwithout getting virus, the first few days it had my pic on it with the title, but it didn't get much views, When i changed it to "warning adults only"
i started getting around 50 views per day which is way more than i got before

Oh I always just screen shot from my videos. So I should find a different image like a stock photo.

Just find some attractive images, you know, picture that are related to your video, yet deceptive and appealing to users

You don't always need text on your thumbnails and sometimes the text is hard to read due to the colour of the text.
