My First Youtube Stalker

Yeah sure they are...since they are only responding to your responses on other's videos that means that they are following you! I won't waste time to follow someone on YouTube that I don't like...

How do they follow my comments so far apart? I didn't know you could follow people's comments. These comments were on two random channels and were over two weeks apart, and somehow this person put "hello" on both comments within seconds of each other

If your comments on videos are being posted to Google+ (which usually by default they are and it seems yours definitely are) then this is normal, a lot of bigger YouTubers will get that too. Not necessarily stalking. If they're going through the effort to find the comments you're making while they're hidden; different story.
 
Well that's something that doesn't happen every day but it will happen on the world wide web and youtube.
