My channel art feedback? :)

While the textures and effects are neat, I think it's overkill. I wouldn't have been able to read the username if it hadn't been for the URL. Since the banner so quickly attracts the eye, I would focus on making it a bit more legible since you don't want people going out of their way to find our what your name is.
 
I like how my name is in my channel top banner :D
And I think also many gamers like it too :)

Your banner is really cool and I love the colors and detail but I might recommend a new font as I can't read what it says in the blue bit! If you use the same font a bit more for your thumbnails it would also create a more uniform look for your channel and that would make it a bit prettier! :) Cheers, Jen
