There is no way in the world you should have 398 videos and only 180 thousand views! So I recommend working on your meta tags (title, description, keywords) before you start focusing on making more videos and new video ideas. In this situation it is truly not about quantity but quality. Even if you went back through all of your videos and did the meta tags correctly, I can guarantee you within 3 months time you will have at least 1 million total views. I'm not telling you to stop making content all together, but while you are working on new things, let them count for something, give new videos correct tags and go back and correct the old ones.
