More views on vlogs

How do you get a good amount of views on vlogs...I've been getting around 2o...which I haven't been doing it too long. I have just started trying to get into the routine of posting every Monday and Thursday on my vlog channel. Sometimes the views I get are crazy awesome and sometimes they aren't. Any ideas on ways that could help me? (Without spamming people of course. Lol.)

with vloggers its all about interacting so interact with whoever comments and interact with other vloggers

I think commenting on other vloggers videos are a good way to get views, not commenting for them to look at your channel, but just getting involved with a smaller vlogging channel will get you subs, because then they will want to be involved with you. I have always thought as vloggers to be the most interactive with their subs, thats what I like to see in one at least.

Be involved. Be involved in YouTube, here, Facebook, Twitter and by be involved I mean really be involved. People don't want "come check out my channel" posts everywhere, but if you post interesting things (that your target audience would like) they'll recognize that they like what you post and then check out your videos.
