Monetizing Country List

Hello my friends!
I'm interested in lists of country where youtube monetizing. For example at the moment i live in Republic of Moldova and i try to send some times request to Youtube and they said that my country is not monetizing.
Can someone help me please?

There are some countries that can't be monetized by Youtube/Adsense itself.
However,just join a network,they fix this!

I read in some forums that the channel must have minimum 1000 subs and 20 videos to have posibility to recieve contract with youtube partners. It is corect?

No.
There are some networks that only have a 33views per day or 1000monthly requierements...
