Monetisation problem

The only thing I could think of is if there is any third-party content OR if you swapped audio/used YouTube audio or something.
If you look on the attached picture, only the videos that I swapped audio (and accidentally used third-party content) don't have the dollar sign.
Just to verify: Your video under video manager looks like mine (no dollar sign) right?
You saw the video, I did not use any Audio there, also I did not receive any third party content there. :(
Here is what it's look like on my video manager.

That's really weird. This guy has a similar problem https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/monetization-on-youtube/63k-0DNBcc0

My best guess: YouTube system is at it again! The YouTube system isn't perfect, and most likely it messed up when filtering your video and pulled the monetizing abilities. As there is no copyright attacks on the video (and there shouldn't be) it cannot be about copyright.
If you really need to monetize it, try re-uploading it (delete then upload)

Sorry I couldn't help more.

EDIT: About the system thing: Another possibility is that it saw something (Tags, title, desc, etc.) that it claimed not family safe...[DOUBLEPOST=1412187824,1412187446][/DOUBLEPOST]-Bump-

Got an idea!
Try rewording the description to, "Baby soo seems to be so happy after finish her dinner/lunch/breakfast. :) "

And then remove any tags that have "milk" in them.

I know this may seem random, but worth a shot.

Thanks a lot. You have already helped a lot to check out for my problem. :)
I will wait till tomorrow as I sent them feedback. If nothing changes I will upload it again. ;)
Hope I do not see such a disappointing thing again.
That channel is very new and I do not like to see YouTube does this kind of things to this cute baby.

Try what I said in my bump (not sure if you saw it or not)

I wish you the best of luck on your channel. :)
