I'm not sure whether I'd set goals because you have little control over the numbers, but I guess everyone has that occasional thought of "it would be nice to have ... by ...". But you gotta make sure it's realistic or else you'll just end up disappointed and that's really not what youtubing is about...

I am always setting goals and adjusting them depending on progress. I think it's an awesome way to stay motivated and focused.

I hope I reach 1000 subs before Christmas, I probably will judging on how I had like 750 subs last week

I don't set a time frame though because its something I can't control.

I would like to hit at least 100 subs on both of my channels, my vlog channel is really close at about 94 subs and my prank channel needs more content but its at about 39 subs at the moment hopefully will be posting more videos soon
