i use a samson meteor mic. it easily picks up background sounds. But when u mess arround with the settings it's pretty good

I use the blue snowball. One of the best purchases I've made since I started the #youtubelife sound quality is amazing it's not super expensive. It picks up the voice really well without getting background sounds from speakers, fans, ext.

Blue snowball is great if you havnt made a choice yet I've been using mine since 2011 and it has great audio quality
