Microphone for two man show help

So I've been looking into microphones and watching online reviews. I was going to get a Blue Snowball, but one of the reviews I watched had a guy 6 inches away from the microphone and it got REALLY quiet.

Our show features me and my partner standing side by side and just talking. We've been using my laptop's built in mic for recording but want a cleaner sound.

I was seeing if any audio geniuses could help me find a microphone under $100 that would fit our channel's needs.
 
Get a blue yeti mic instead, that's what I use for my podcast. I use it in an omnidirectional setting so the sound quality would be different than with a two man set up but this is still the best mic you can get for cheap. Its a USB mic too. Its got multiple settings to pick up sound (like I said I use omnidirectional so I didn't have to buy mics for each one of my improvists.), a gain control, and super important: a headphone jack so you can monitor your sound in real time.
 
I have only used a Blue Yeti, and I am quite happy with it
You can set which direction you want it to catch sounds from as well as how sensitive the mic is to sounds.

I dont recommend it out of the box if you are gonna be using it next to a keyboard as it will record the vibration from the keyboard. Recommend a røde boom and shick absorber.
 
Use lavalier microphone, attach to ur shirt inside and record in ur phone or any recording device... Then sync the audio signal with the video using adobe audition :)
