You might wanna try purchasing a simple USB External Audio Driver and then connect your headphone to that. Might help.
Go to Amazon and search for "Sabrent USB External Stereo Sound Adapter"

You can go to your local hardware shop and can ask for a cheap external sound card. It should help as they transmit better frequencies than the on board sound cards. Good luck! =)

They have a $3 Generic sound card and...well it makes the mic even worse...I am planning to get a sound card if it becomes available in our local computer hardware store but as of right now it isn't so I'll have to find another way since I want to shoot youtube videos as soon as possible.

Might be completely wrong, but have you tried a noise gate? digitally cutting off the higher and/low frequencies where the hisses and other pesky sounds live.
