Mean comments!

I just leave them, I havn't goten so many mean replys, but one of them I repyed to and made that guy just feel dumb :P

I leave them up unless they say something mean about somebody else that is in my video since they are not the video owner and they can't defend themselves. Half of the time I respond with a smart a** remark. Here's one example of leaving them up, it doesn't really bother me much:

At least some of them tells you their opinion. comparing to the first one anyway.

Exactly, everybody has an opinion. I have plenty of positive comments on that video as well as the negative ones. I leave plenty of negative comments on videos when I don't like them, it's just my opinion which I have a right to. I have pretty thick skin from being in the Navy so I'm not easily offended at all!

Depending on how bad it is... delete/block right away, or...

if you mark it as spam, the commenter will still see the comment but no one else will see it and you will no longer see it. I've done it for years, no issues with YouTube about it.
 
I had a comment on a video where someone said that he subscribed because of a particular video, but every other one of my video has been uninspired dog s**t or something along those lines.

I basically said thanks for the feedback, I'm still new trying stuff out. I do have another video in the works more along the lines of the one you liked. etc.

I've also gotten troll comments or people angry at my opinion. But when it comes down to it, unless they are posting personal information like address, phone number etc. I'm not going to delete it. I want to engage with people, whether I agree with them or not. But that is kinda what my channel is about. Addressing things about the world that bother me, pointing out hipocracy and double standards.
 
If I don't allow people to express themselves how ever they want, I wouldn't be able to upload a video with any form of opinion without feeling like an arrogant, self righteous spoiled brat.

There is no way I could feel like I have the right to put opinions out there for the world, when I know I wouldn't let everyone else have that same opportunity.
 
I don't normally get mean comments.
It's obviously because I'm better and superior than all you basic people.

Nah, just kidding. I think it's because I don't really have much of an audience yet.
 
It happens. I can't say it doesn't bother me but if "this one sucked" was all that was commented then I'm not too worried.
