Actually that isnt too much cuz some people charge like £15 for an avatar and £20 for a banner

If you draw every single element of the banner and not use stock photography, use suitable colour schemes and correct colour balance, suitable layout and it meets the brief of the client then it's worth to pay the price you're asking. I'd also recommend asking for money instead of Microsoft Points as the majority of people here won't have MS Points.
