Machinima Network.

Their contract and payments are ridiculous. The only reason people are in Machinima is because they were basically the first and were well-renowned for gaming. No problem. It was definitely worth watching. I'm currently speaking with Clash and he's definitely getting screwed. Hopefully he gets released soon.
 
One other benefit that hasn't been mentioned here is that Machinima is absolutely unmatched for the size of it's main hub channel. Many small channels had careers made by a few videos getting posted to that hub. It wasn't uncommon for a channel to gain 5K subscribers in a day. Now, getting your content on the hub... well that didn't happen for everybody.

I still can't find the gaming section of their website, but if I ever need a network I would like to go with Curse.
