LP'ers (particularly DXtory users), what settings do you use?

I generally use Mirillis Action because of the perks of the software, putter a bit with nVidia ShadowPlay, but I notice that Dxtory is REALLY popular. I've tried it out myself but hot dang the sheer amount of settings in it with codecs and whatnot are just mindboggling.

So what do y'all use?
