Haha well if that was the case; Sometimes YouTube audits views and will deduct what they consider 'fake views' - click botting, views from own IP, bots, all that kind of stuff. They also are deducting views from private/unlisted and deleted videos.

KGATA is very well educated on the matter youtube has subtracted mobile views from the lifetime view count as well as videos you have private and unlisted as well and this is the big thing people need to understand when you delete a video the views disappear as well unfortunately.
