1. When you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit.
2. You're only as strong as your next move.
3. If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.
4. Be stubborn about your goals, and flexible about your methods.
5. The wolf on the hill is not as hungry as the wolf climbing the hill.

I am somewhere in the middle, but I will show you that I already surpassed you and my channel is a month old.

I feel like your channel name may have contributed to that somewhat, as much as your actual content. Any hint of Nazism will bring the insects out of the woodwork, either to sub to support or to sub to misconstrue, a la Pewdiepie and the WSD.

Everyone wants more subs and views but unfortunately these threads don't achieve anything constructive.

For members looking to improve and be constructive, there are 2 choices:

For general advice for how to improve and grow a channel, here are some sections to check out:

http://yttalk.com/forums/strategies-technique-advice.14/
http://yttalk.com/forums/youtube-tips-tutorials-help-guides.91/
http://yttalk.com/forums/youtube-video-marketing-strategy-seo.88/

Active members looking for specific advice for their channel based on their existing channel or videos may ask for a review in the review forum. (http://yttalk.com/forums/reviews-channel-feedback.64/ ) The review forum is the only forum where our active members can ask for feedback on their videos and channel (including artwork). We like to keep that sort of thread out of the main forums. :) If the thread complies with the review forum rules (at the top of the review forum), then it will be approved by a member of staff.

Good luck.
