Request Looking for a simple graphic.

Hey all, I am very new with Photoshop but have designed a youtube banner I like. The only thing missing is an image (and I would prefer not to get it off of Google).

All I would like is for someone to make a cartoon-ish looking fist (like its pointing towards the screen)

If you really need it I can pay a small amount for the graphic.
