Longest you've spent editing and why?

I Love YTtalk
So this is sort of a first for me. Once I start I like to finish my video in the same day. But I have one now that I just keep changing and adding to and it's been several days! I think the final result will be absolutely ridiculous.

I've tried working on the same project for over a month, a total of probably 100+ hours. Worth tho it's almost at a million views.

I think the most I've spent working on a video was roughly 70 hours, but on for my highly-edited videos on average take about 30-50+ hours. Luckily for me, I enjoy editing. :p

I've been editing "Kid Superheroes" for months! Just trying to find time is tough, and I'm being a perfectionist (well, as best as I can do) so I'm having problems locking down scenes and moving forward. The opening credits alone took me weeks!

I think around 8 hours because I didn't know how to use FCP6. Every time I exported it was like an hour and I didn't know what codec to use so did it about 6 times plus filming and editing. Man times have changed.

Like, 2 hours on one Q&A video for a forum I used to be on. It only took me that long because I was still kinda learning everything and I kept messing up the cuts and all of that.

the longest I spend has been a month and it was for a college project for youtube longest I been for now has been a full day lol

I haven't really timed myself, but the most time consuming videos to edit for me are the stop motion ones. It takes about 1-2 hours to edit a 1 minute stop-motion clip. It's really fun though :)
