Long question (need help)

ok first of all i use movie maker (may or may not be the issue) i filmed cut and trimmed and then uploaded my video it previewed fine then i watched it on youtube and at a few random points it shakes a little and has large lines going down the screen then back to normal, is this the, camera, movie maker, or youtube, or how i uploaded edited? i do it the same every time but first time for issues with the same camera, has anyone else had this issue thanks so much!

I cant say I have, does it do this when viewing the video file on your PC?

nope[DOUBLEPOST=1419537337,1419537245][/DOUBLEPOST]actually yes when i view the final product (after it saved it) it does this when i watch the video all joined together before saving it doesnt do this but i have saved it to the same setting as always

its ok i have tried again with the videos all uploaded (previously) and no issues so far so may be to do with the uploading will say if anything else thanks for your responses!
