So I wanna do some live voice stuff for amazing effects in mah videos, and I have 2 programs. (No idea which one can do it). Halp
I have Audacity and Reaper. Since I plan on using one of them for audio and OBS for video. I wanna be able to do funny audio effects (like super deep, super high, and other things). Anyone know which of these programs can accomplish this?
