Lighting issues

Okay so I bought some lighting and still I can't get my videos to look 'normal'. I tried it on the new video because it was night and everything still looks warm/orangey coloured at times.
Is it my camera?
 
Are you using white bulbs for lighting? Even if not you can still fix it. Its what people call color correction when they edit their videos. If its so orangy you can go to the RGB channels and turn down the RED channel a little. Make some color adjustments to your videos in whatever software you use for editing.

I tried turning it down, it made little difference because all the other colours went a bit funny :/ & its currently a 'clear' bulb while I wait for my white ones to arrive, saying that it looks pretty white to me[DOUBLEPOST=1417742273,1417742156][/DOUBLEPOST]Okay so I just found a new way to colour correct and its fixing it! You are fab!
Also I do think it is my camera as it seems to make everything more red, its old bless it

You're welcome. Generally you wanna turn down the red more and turn down green a little and have more of the blue to have that nice look of the video. There is so many tutorials on youtube about color correction they'll help you out straight away even if its your cameras fault. Good luck :thumbsup2:
 
If you go to your editing scopes and select RGB mode you can see Red Green and Blue wave form. You want those to line up as close as possible to fix the color
