Has anyone noticed a decrease in views?
For me, it started yesterday!
Funny thing, SAME DAY THAT YT CHANGES THE LAYOUT!!! AGAIN
 
Not really. My views have been quiet so far today because I haven't uploaded a video but last couple days my views have been great.

YouTube's layout isn't to blame for the dip in views. People aren't going to avoid your video in the search or related videos due to s****y web design. Even my vids get on recommended videos, sometimes of really popular videos, so I can say from experience that YouTube isn't doing this I am afraid.

Perhaps you need to upload something new, or try something different to bring in the audience? :)

I am not saying that my views dropped because of the new design, when youtube changed to this layout a couple of months ago, everyones views dropped...
It had nothing to do with design....
 
Tags; and written content in video description help a lot. Audience retention on your videos also plays a big part on your search rankings. If you videos fail, your views will too.

It did have to do with the new homepage when it happened a couple of months ago. But yesterday nothing was rolled out yet. Only a few people actually got the new channel page and they were big names.
