Legal Question In Regards To A Future Episode

Does anyone here know much about law? I've been contacting lawyers in my area and no one seems to know the answer (And what better way to get an answer than to go to a forum of YouTubers? XD). Well, I was planning a special episode for St. Patrick's Day where I go out to the popular college town nearby and ask drunk people about the holiday and other things for comedic purposes. What I am trying to find out is if I can get sued over this? I don't think I can have them sign a waiver since they will be intoxicated? I have no idea who these people are since I will be randomly walking up and interviewing people on the streets. Any ideas?

I would probably get the college's permission to do this on their grounds. If they get mad then you will have a backup claim. They were on the college's grounds which you had admittance to. It's really risky in some ways, but it would be hilarious. I'd watch it

Well, I was planning more around outside the college area (the public street near the bars that all of the college students part at all day) for the questions.

Once again, any legal permission from where they are residing is a good thing. If you can't get it, I would just do it anyway. Youtube wouldn't get very mad. As long as your not completely embarrassing them.

Pixelate the faces and edit out any mention of which college. You could put the college in the tags though.
