Leaving RPM network - need some advices

Hi guys, please help me with these questions:

- How much time this process will take?
- Will i be able to apply to partner directly to YouTube after i get confirmation that my contract is terminated on 28/01/2014? Or i need to wait 2 more month before i can apply?

I've read somewhere that after leaving network you can't apply to others until 2 month will pass

I think you can only terminate around 9 months after you've partnered. Even then, you might not succeed. It depends on the terms and conditions you agreed to in the contract with RPM.

i'm not asking how to terminate partnership. I'm asking how long this will take and how to found out that i am not a partner anymore.

Depends how busy they are. You have to wait for them to release you from their MCN which could take 1-2 months.

Unless the contract in question is different, it shouldn't take 2 months. 1 month tops. The verbiage I've read indicates you must give them 30 days notice to terminate prior to the normal end of the contract. If you provide that notice, they are legally obligated to make it happen by the end date of your contract.
 
Well, got into new network like 3 days after I left RPM :)

Well i've provided the notice. Support replied:
I have forwarded your issue to a higher level of support who will review your account for cancellation. You will hear from us shortly
I hope our partnership will be terminated on last day of contract :)

Legally they are required to as long as your notice was within the contractually required period of time.
