Leaving Machinima... How???

Does anyone here have an idea how to get out of that damn Machinima contract?

I mean I am having seriously problems with them, they never answer any e-mail, never respond to my handwritten letter to their office. They do not care about support tickets... And they especially do not care about warnings, to involve a lawyer.

I just want to get out of this s**t. They do NOT care about their partners! That's what I am experiencing a lot with them. So if anybody has tips to get out, I would like to know!
 
Yup basically you have 100k subs and they worship you, or you don't and they ignore you completely. Try getting in contact with some of their employees directly via twitter. Most of them will be a little bit more helpful than their pathetic ticket system and email system.
 
If they haven't responded to you, you may be able to void your contract. Read if there is a support section in your contract and what you're promised.

Well I have tried to contact my recruiter who recruited me back at 17th December 2012, he told me that they were looking for German partners and at this time I was living in Germany, my content however is completely English! Well I was happy, because at that time many big youtubers were with Machinima... He wrote me the whole time, everything was fast and also the responses and I was partner on the 18th of December, so VERY fast! I did not need to wait at ALL for some features or anything, everything was right active, after signing contract. Now since nobody is responding anymore, I tried to contact my recruiter and another guy, but non of them respond to anything I write... It's like I am dead or they are dead... Or maybe both... :-( I really can't reach my damn network... I will look for the contract later and take a look if there is any loophole in it.
 
Machinima are one of the worse to be with, I'll send them a message on twitter with you linked.

However you may be able to void your contract if they haven't be responding to you.
 
Machinima have a reputation of treating their smaller channels like crap. They only really care for their big partners.

If I were you, read your contract thoroughly, they may be something hidden there which can help you get out of the mess at Machinima.
 
Thank you guys, I just came back from a nice evening with my husband. I will take a look on the contract tomorrow. Maybe I will post it here, so you could help me out a little bit with it, because I have no idea what could be possible used as loophole. The problem is, even IF I find something, they do not respond to my letters... Honestly I wrote them 1 month ago a handwritten letter to their L.A. office and asked them for a response, but nothing... I even asked them to change my German PayPal address to my US PayPal, but there I got the answer that is not possible, but they can send me a bank wire form which I need to fill out... Since then and that is some time ago now, I did not hear anything. The payments stopped from that moment on and since then they do not respond to anything anymore... :-( well I will inform you tomorrow about the contract, if there is something fishy about it. Please feel free to take a look, maybe you can find something, that could be used as loophole to terminate the contract... :-/

How else can I show it to the people here, to see if there is a loophole in the contract that I could use to get out there? If it's against Machinima's rules to post contracts, fine... maybe they kick me out of their network because of that... That would be the easiest way I guess... :(
