Least CPU intensive Screen & System audio capture software.

Hello guys and gals, I was just wondering if there were any screen & system audio capture programs out there that were able to run in really low spec, but still record HD quality, and non-jumpy footage?

I currently use Camtasia recorder, but it uses quite a lot of CPU for me, and when combined with Audacity and the game that i'm playing, it can cause problems often. I'd just love something that could output the same quality, but not use so much memory!

I may be taking a long shot on this one, but thanks! ^-^

Dxtory. Using Dxtory with a decent codec can really reduce file sizes and it also utilises your CPU very efficiently. Never had problems recording with it for over a year.

By the way, it says on the site that all system audio/video/mic audio, is saved to seperate streams in an AVI file. Does this mean that I would be able to take the mic audio afterwards, edit it in Audacity, then put it back? O.o

I find Dxtory is pretty good man :)
When I can get it to work XD

But it's just my copy that doesn't my friends works like a dream :D
