Layout Change?

Okay, so I haven't been on YouTube since this morning, and I go back on, and the layout has changed back to the original for everyone, am I the only one getting this or is it happening for you guys too?

My channel still shows OneChannel, its all the people I'm subbed to that I know changed over have changed back...
