I do make them, although at the moment i'm not prepared for making a partner one, but i recommend you try looking through the "Graphics, Intros & Music" thread, there are many people prepared to make you one there!

that looks cool! but do you do the top bar too? You know, the one with You name in big letters like partnered channels?1
