I am looking for video game commentators to join a gaming community channel on youtube. It is a lot like the music networks where you submit your videos and we will post them and you make 100% of the money earned from your video. The point of this is to bring everybodys audience together to help eachother out and gain views/subscribers. Your channel will be advertised throughout the network channel and on your videos you submit.

Requirements: (*)=Important

*Must be age 15+
*Must have your own gaming channel
*Must having a capturing device
*Must have a decent microphone
*Must Skype
*You must have fun. (A youtube channel cannot succeed if the uploaders dont enjoy making videos, dont respond to this if making videos will end up being a chore).

So you want people to upload videos to your channel where you monitize them and then pay out everyone their share? Is this am actual network or just an idea you came up with? How do you plan to keep track of each individual video and how much it earns? Just curious because it sounds kinda fishy to me. Not saying you are trying to scam anyone, I think helping each other out is great, just seems like it would be impossible to keep track of each video.
 
I have some questions.
How long has your network been around?
How many people are part of it?
How are payments handled?
How old is the guy in charge?
Do you have to sign a long term contract?
Are there any other benefits besides face time on your channel and payment from views?

As far as I know this is more like a 'hub' channel rather than a network :)
